Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, allowing you a sufficient window to decide if your purchase aligns with your expectations.

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@sofia-melbourne.com. Once your return is approved, you will need to arrange the return shipping and provide the shipping label. We'll provide you with comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including the shipping label, for returns to our warehouse in Asia.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If you notice any damages or issues with your order upon receipt, please reach out to us immediately. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us promptly so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you desire is to return the original item. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your return. You'll be notified of the approval status, and if approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
